Cleaning Fee
There is no separate cleaning fee.

Occupancy Taxes
All charges are subject to a 6%
City of Bandon Visitor Lodging Tax and 1% State of Oregon Lodging Tax. No tax on rentals of more than 30 nights.

Amenities Package
(2-night minimum stay)
In the Kitchen: Oregon cheese, crackers, Oregon wine, locally roasted coffee, Oregon packaged tea selection.
In the Bath: We always provide organic soap, herbal shampoo, bath gel.
Reservations
Reservations
are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of ½ of total charges; the
balance is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. A separate check for
a security deposit of $200 is due 2 weeks prior to arrival; it is
refundable within 30 days of departure. Prior to your arrival, a
lodging agreement will be mailed to you to be signed and returned
with your payment.

Payments
may be made by personal check or bank check. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
Cancellation
Policies
Cancellations
made more than 30 days prior to arrival – full refund; within 30
days – ½ of booking; 2 weeks or less – no refunds. Certifiable
medical emergencies excepted.

- Coquille
Point Condominiums, including Seaview Townhouse, is a no smoking facility inside and on the
grounds.
- Maximum
number of occupants is 6.
- Sorry, dogs are not permitted.
- Arrival
time is after 3:00
pm, check-out time is by 11:00
am
(except for prior arrangements).
